Overview
THE PORTAL is a premium high-rise residential apartment development located in London, featuring a modern 36-storey tower with a total of 350 residential apartments. The project was designed to deliver a contemporary urban living experience with efficient space planning, advanced building services, and high-quality residential infrastructure. Our scope of work included comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Modeling & Coordination to ensure seamless integration of all building systems within the high-rise structure. Through detailed BIM Coordination Services, clash detection, and optimized service routing, the project achieved improved construction efficiency, reduced on-site conflicts, and enhanced overall project execution.
